Chelsea Leslie Registered Dietitian
Chelsea is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Manitoba. She completed her Clinical Dietetic Internship at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and is registered with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association and the College of Dietitians of Ontario. Additionally, she is an active member of Dietitians of Canada and a licensed Craving Change clinician, skilled in integrating the psychology of eating and cognitive behavioral therapy into her practice.
Chelsea specializes in chronic disease management and metabolic health, particularly weight management. Since 2015, she has promoted lifestyle interventions through nutrition education in Ontario and Saskatchewan. Kristen is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner since 2019 and is certified through the AANP (American Association of Nurse Practitioners) specializing in Family medicine. Kristen is currently licensed with CRNS and BCCNM. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes both physical and mental well-being. After earning a Master of Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan Kristen has worked in various healthcare settings, specializing in family medicine and palliative care. Kristen also completed a fellowship in palliative care in BC and practiced there for 5 years.
In her practice, Kristen emphasizes a holistic approach to healthcare, tailoring treatment plans that address the individual needs of each patient. With a deep understanding of the importance of building trust and fostering open communication, Kristen works collaboratively with patients and their families to create personalized care plans that lead to positive, lasting health outcomes.

Courtney Kemp
Courtney graduated from Great Plains College in 2011 from the Licensed Practical Nursing Program. Courtney has been a Licensed Practical Nurse for 14 years, with most of her career dedicated to working in a family practice clinic setting.
In addition to her clinical background, Courtney holds an Advanced Foot Care Certificate and has been providing specialized foot care services to rural communities around Regina until joining our team in 2025. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and supporting their long-term health and well-being.
Outside of nursing, Courtney enjoys spending time at the lake and traveling with her husband and their three daughters.
